| This research is on the subject of faculty development (Kemp, 2007) ; particularly of interest is how institutions approach the development of faculty (full and part-time, new and existing) in relation to their skills in teaching & mentoring. Defining faculty development is the place to begin & here we have a starting point with Lawlor and King (2000) and the Professional and Organizational Development Network in Higher Education (2007). | |
